Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with Amazon's marketing goals and overall business objectives.
- Manage and oversee our social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and newer platforms like TikTok.
- Curate engaging content tailored to target audiences by understanding trends, preferences, and cultural relevancies.
- Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and posts that can amplify user engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and generate monthly reports to assess engagement, reach, and the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and feedback in a timely manner, maintaining a positive brand image.
- Stay updated on industry trends and insights to incorporate best practices and leverage new opportunities for the brand.
- Establish and manage social media partnerships with influencers that can drive brand awareness and consumer trust.
- Organize and execute online promotional events and campaigns, including giveaways and contests that enhance audience participation.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to integrate social media efforts with SEO, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with at least 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and the latest trends in the digital marketing landscape.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
- Creative flair and the ability to think outside the box when generating social media content.
- Experience with paid social media advertising and budget management.
- Analytical skills to interpret social media data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficient in graphic design software and tools that can create engaging content.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and how they relate to social media content is a plus.
